In the last month we have sent quotes to two customers who then tell us they want to change the document because their tutor/peer reviewer has requested revisions to the paper. This just wastes everybody's time. Admin must read mails, an editor assesses the document and determines the quote based on the word count and standard of English, admin then replies to the customer. If the customer then sends the revised paper everything must be done again.
If anyone wants a rough idea of how much a document edit will cost them please look here on the 'How it works' page. Currently as a general guide we charge $13 (US) per 1,000 words for our standard edits.
