What is an acceptable error percentage and does such a calculation even exist? And as it says in our emails "The editor may allow some words or sentences which are grammatically acceptable to most native speakers, however, there is sometimes specialised usage of phrases in a subject which you should explain to the editor. Often it is just a matter of choice of style or preference." At the end of the day we aim to first be accurate and second to achieve your deadlines in that order, so once again a plea, give your poor editor sufficent time to do his job. When you know you need editing done contact AE at least a week before your submission date or publishing deadline.
Thank you until next time.
